All packages include: Day of Coordination staff, rehearsal prior to event, an all-inclusive customizable spreadsheet to organize your event, and limited decor set up. Any additional services can be found in our a la carte menu.

Undertaking a wedding is a huge task with lots of choices. This service comes with two (2) 90-minute Zoom calls with a member of the Effortless team to have all your burning questions answered. Price also includes our exclusive Preferred Vendor List of all our favorite vendors.

You've spent months planning. You've signed all the contracts. Now you just want to sit back and enjoy the day. This is where the Julia comes in. With this package of team swoops in 60 days prior to your event and takes over logistics. All you have to do is make some memories!

This brand new Effortless exclusive package is unlike any other. Tell us your vision and let us do all the work. We'll give you a comprehensive list of vendors and venues to choose from and we take care of the rest. No having to worry about what vendor needs to be paid when or being asked a gazillion questions week to week. We tell you how much it'll cost and you pay. That is all.

Venue Searching- Does the endless amount of venue options make your head spin? Not sure what to look for in a venue? What makes a venue a good deal? Hire a Planner to search for you and to join you on site visits. Limit of 5 site visits. (Additional site visits can be added at an additional rate.)-$500
Rehearsal Dinner - Want us to coordinate your post rehearsal meal? We'd be happy to! -$400 (does not include price of meal)
Event Overtime Fee- You don't want the party to end! We have the staff for that! -$300/hr per team member
